Steel Fabrication Workshop
The fabrication workshop hosts a variety of specialist fabrication equipment including horizontal bed lathes, milling machines, press brakes, guillotines, bending rolls and modern welding equipment. Large scale tank rolls also facilitate the manipulation of all cylindrical vessels from small process tanks to large silos during fabrication and modification works.
A recent investment includes the installation of a specialist ceramic bead surface treatment facility. This facility enables both new and refurbished stainless steel equipment to be left with a smooth, uniform and hygienic suface finish to enhance the presentation of any item of plant.
Bespoke Steel Fabrication Capability
We also fabricate our own purpose made lifting frames, jigs and devices to overcome challenging situations where the use of standard equipment is not feasible. All such devices are fully tested and certified prior to use and if required, can be supplied to the client after the completion of the project.
