Factory relocation - preparation and packing

Before the dismantling of machinery and other industrial equipment, we itemise, match mark and record every component for the creation of drawings and for detailing the packing list. This speeds up customs clearance and facilitates fast and efficient installation at the destination.

We identify all electrical and mechanical connections and services to enable the plant layout and P&I diagrams to be produced upon request.

At every opportunity we continually liaise with your appointed manager or engineer to co-ordinate safe machinery removal with minimum disruption to production and related activities.

We look carefully at access and egress points and advise you on the best way to move the equipment with minimum disruption to other people and processes in your plant.

Then we manufacture purpose-made skids or full crates, pack, wrap, band, secure and consolidate the equipment ready for lifting and shipping.

All loading and collection activities will be organised and co-ordinated with existing traffic movement.
