Turnkey Project Management
We can offer full turnkey project support from Project Conception to Project Completion incorporating a wide range of project support mechinisms in conjunction with CDM Regluations 2015 inlcuding key supporting roles of the Principle Designer and Principle Contractor.
A dedicated Project Manager is allocated to each of our projects. Our Project Managers and engineers are trained to NEBOSH or SMSTS standards, and as demonstrated in the project case studies, we have a wealth of experience in various different and diverse industry sectors.
Attention to Detail
In addition to coordinating resources and scheduling workstreams Project Managers and Engineers appointed by Haas-Tek are responsible for preparing a full project file inlcuding:
Site Survey
Preparing comprehensive safety documents including detailed Method Statements and Risk Assessments
Full documentation and Match-marking all equipment
Preparation of Technical Drawings if required
A detailed programme of works / project critical path
Coordinating Resources
Project managers will coordinate resources to meet client requirements including
Allocating appropriate resources
Selecting suitable labour, plant and equipment.
Arranging any shipping including meeting export packing & freight requirements
Any other transport requirements including abnormal load haulage.
Scheduling Workstreams
In conjunction with the team leaders and supervisors the nominated manager or engineer will also schedule the workstream and ensure that the project targets are met within budget and on time.
